Contingent on stock availability, orders are shipped within 2-3 business days of processing. However wholesale orders may take between 5-7 days to ship! Once shipped, orders arrive within 3-4 business days and 1 business day for Rush Shipping within the United States. Kybele Virgin Hair is currently using USPS for all shipping at this time. All Kybele Virgin Hair products must be signed for upon delivery thus we cannot ship to P.O boxes .Shipping and Handling rates are subject to change at any time. You will receive a tracking number via e-mail after hair has been processed for shipment, if you are a registered customer you may log-in to check tracking info as well. Your order will be shipped to the address that you provide. Please make sure you check the shipping address that you provided to make sure that all the information is correct. You are responsible for any additional fees that may be accrued due to any bad address information. No refunds will be issued for abandoned shipments! If we are unable to fulfill our obligation to ship any order within a timely matter, we will refund the amount charged to the original credit card. We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind United States Postal holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times.
All orders must be cancelled before order has shipped. Please call or send email with the words “Cancellation” or “Urgent” in the subject line to email@example.com. Once an order has been processed meaning packaged and sent to USPS for shipping you may not cancel. If you refuse an order at time of delivery and the order is sent back to us you will incur a 20% restock fee. The balance will be refunded to your credit card.
Return & Exchange Policy
If there is a problem with your order, we must be notified within 2 days of receipt. Failure to meet this deadline will result in a void of the limited warranty. There are absolutely no refunds/exchanges can be made within 7 days. Kybele Virgin Hair is not responsible for any labor costs associated with installation, removal, or styling. Return product must be received before a exchange can be granted. Tags cannot be removed and product must be in original packaging/condition. NO EXCEPTIONS. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR CUSTOM ORDERS. If an item is on backorder you will be placed on a priority waitlist. We will promptly ship item(s) upon arrival. In addition we will inform and update by email with the estimated arrival date. If backordered item(s) are not received in a reasonable length of time, we will contact you immediately and offer an option of a full payment refund.

Fraud & Theft
Credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise will not be tolerated and you will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Non payments of received purchases will also not be tolerated, these disputes will be prosecuted as well and we will seek reimbursement for court cost and attorney fees.
