Burn fat while eating!!!

Every girl wants to look good and healthy. We all want to eat everything and lose weight. Well, there is a way! You can look as a Goddess, feel like one and eat like a Goddess. There are foods that not only prevent gaining weight, they also make you burn fat. Yes, the dream is reality and here are some of them.


The first one on the list is the green tea. With green tea, you can replace the coffee and still have the needed energy and concentration. It also boosts up your metabolism and it makes you lose weight. You just need to follow the instructions on how to make it, because the tea bag is not supposed to stay in the hot water more than 5 minutes. Also, don’t drink too much of it.

Red hot chilly peppers will also make you look like a Goddess. You all probably know that the spicy hot food is good for the metabolism. If you don’t like chili peppers just try them, you don’t have to eat one whole, just one bite with a meal. You will soon get used to the taste and they for sure will make you lose weight and burn fat.

The next on the list are the whole grains. Eating whole foods is a lot better than eating processed foods. Oatmeal, brown rice and every other foods that are rich in fiber are good for you because the body burns twice as many calories breaking down whole foods.

Cinnamon is the perfect addition to your coffee, tea, milk or yogurt that will make you the Goddess you always wanted to be. It has a stabilizing effect on the blood sugar effects. It is good for everyone, especially for people that have type 2 diabetes. The cinnamon will make you burn fat like nothing else.

Eating watermelon is good for you in many ways. The first thing is that it is a rich source of vitamins A, C and antioxidant lycopene. The watermelon is filled with nutrients and when you eat it you feel full but because it is mainly water, it will make you burn fat and lose weight.

Salad and nuts are the perfect thing to eat before your regular meal. They will “take space” in your stomach and with that you will eat less of the foods that are high in calories. Don’t forget to put parsley in your salad because it is the perfect antioxidant that will make you burn fat fast! We also recommend parsley tea.


Other foods that will make you feel and look like a Goddess are the Greek yogurt, grapefruit, pears and apples, grapes, berries, raw vegetables, sweet potatoes, eggs, coffee, soup, fish, beans, lentils, lean meats and many other foods. Don’t forget to drink a lot of water – at least 8-10 glasses a day!

So the only thing you need to do is go to the grocery store and buy any or all of these products and live the life you always wanted. Remember, when you look good, you feel good and fat burning is not only good for your looks it is crucial for your health too. With these foods, you will let out your inner Goddess! It takes a lot of discipline, but at the end, it is worth it!
